Bring some loving attention and care to your knees in this mobilizing and strengthening 60min Flow practice. We’ll focus on activating the hamstrings a lot throughout this practice to help slow the heart rate and to stabilize the knees, pelvis and hips. We’ll move through extension and flexion knee exercises all infused into a seamless creative flow to cultivate a meditative state of mind and to create lasting change in our tissues. We’ll end with the mantra “I am Peace” to support you in connecting to the truth of who you are. Great for all levels. No props required.
