Welcome to Day 27 of the 75 Hard YOGA Challenge a strength-based, breath-led flow designed to help you trust yourself on a whole new level.
Today, we slow things down just enough to feel what’s holding us up; the breath, the bandhas, the steady focus that builds real strength from the inside out.
We’ll work through core compression, shoulder activation, and mindful inversions that meet you where you are.
Expect to explore poses like:
👉 Tripod Headstand (with or without the wall)
👉 Dolphin Pose
👉 Legs-Up-the-Wall ( because rest is strength too)
This isn’t about chasing shapes.
It’s about building awareness, one breath, one choice, one moment of trust at a time.
