This is a 30 minute morning energy yoga flow. Part 21 of the Energize Series of classes. These practices emphasise breath, movement and your mindful attention to cultivate a free flow of energy and feeling of vitality. This 30 minute practice will invigorate your whole body and includes sun salutes, a circular standing flow, core work, floor cool down and shavasana. A compact morning flow to help you feel energized, balanced and ready for the rest of your day.
