Welcome to Day 5 of the Habit X Sculpt Challenge — a 25-minute soft, gentle sculpt focusing on core, glutes, and inner thighs, designed to wake up your body with slow, controlled movement. This class is calm, low-impact, and supported by soft piano vibes to help you connect deeper to your breath and body.

This challenge is built to help you create the habits that truly move your life forward — habits of strength, consistency, and self-belief. When you choose movement, you choose momentum. You’ll feel that energy ripple outward into your focus, mood, confidence, and daily rituals.

Today’s class is soft but effective, with deep core activation, gentle glute strengthening, and mindful inner-thigh work. Expect grounded sequences, slow standing control, and lengthening combinations that build stability without intensity — perfect for easing into your day.

Equipment
• No equipment needed
• Resistance band (optional)
• Light dumbbells (optional)
• Ankle weights (0.5 kg each, optional)

You don’t need anything more than consistency, intention, and a willingness to show up for yourself. Let this Day 5 session be a reminder of your strength — in your body, your habits, and your mindset.
