Welcome to Video 6 of the 8-Week Morning Mobility Program.
Today’s session targets one of the most important — and most neglected — areas of the body: the thoracic spine.
Improving thoracic mobility helps you breathe better, stand taller, reduce neck and shoulder tension, and move with more freedom through your day. This routine opens the rib cage, frees up rotation, and creates space through the mid-back to support healthier posture and better full-body mechanics.
In this 10-minute session, you’ll work on:
• Increasing thoracic extension (undoing the “rounded desk posture”)
• Creating rotation through the rib cage and upper spine
• Improving breathing capacity and rib mobility
• Reducing strain on the neck, shoulders, and low back
• Strengthening the foundation for and performing a T8-9 ELDOA
• Restoring fluid, controlled movement through the upper body
