You are cordially invited to practice this simple routine for the 21 Day Challenge for Mental Health Awareness in March 2023 — Horizontal Circling Clockwise. Benefits include finding your center, establishing a stable base, soothing the Liver (anger) and Spleen (worry) for emotional harmony and balanced mood swings.
Training Recommendations: For beginners and/or people with pain in the back, shoulders or knees, it is recommended to practice with a light sports ball or no ball (Qi ball) and with fewer repetitions & reduced practice time.
Taiji Ball (Tai Chi Ball) is a fun, relaxing Qigong exercise that follows the round, circular movements of the ball to strengthen your body and enhance your Qi flow. Learn how to roll with resistance in your mind and body.
