In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Water Element is associated with the Kidney and Bladder meridians, and with emotions like fear, courage, and trust. This slow, grounding yin sequence invites you to soften into stillness, restore your reserves, and cultivate deep inner peace.
Whether you're moving through emotional turbulence, feeling energetically depleted, or simply craving a moment of quiet, this class will hold space for you.
