A quick practice that can be done first thing in the morning to start your day or taken at any time because it feels good. The class is short, sweet, and focused on opening and stretching the upper body (think upper back, shoulders, chest, and neck). Leave feeling better and more open than you started! Open to all levels and no up/down off the mat - we will stay on the ground.
Suggested props: 2 blocks
