In this workout today we will be working through 4 stations
Heavy , moderate , light and a bodyweight station
50 secs at each station with 20 seconds rest. We work from heavy through to bodyweight and then back the other direction before changing up the exercises
We will also have a nasty little addition in there for you to tackle also
