Progressive Strength is a full body strength program using a resistance band and the program begins with Class 1, which may be repeated 2-3 times per week until it becomes easy for the participant. The class was developed by Anne Pringle Burnell to safely challenge older adults. Some exercises may be done seated or standing as needed. Stop or take a break if you have muscle fatigue during the sets and rest. Designed to progress your strength!
