This class has a bit of everything — strength, stretch, balance, and flow. Using your circle and box, we’ll move through a dynamic full-body sequence that keeps you challenged and connected.
Expect forward-facing arm work, a spicy push-up flow, side splits, plank twists, and supine abs to round it all out. It’s the perfect session when you just want to move well, feel strong, and hit every part of the body in around half an hour.
