Day 1 is here! We start the Step into Fitness Challenge with a one mile walking workout perfect for all fitness levels. We will do 30 seconds of each move with a 30 second walking rest to really help us hit that one mile goal.

No worries if your fitness tracker doesn't show exactly one mile after the walk. We will be holding our arms steady for a lot of the workout so it's not going to catch every step. Instead of focusing on the mile marker numbers, focus on moving throughout the whole workout!

So excited to start this challenge with you! Let me know in the comments what calendar you are following for this challenge because there are 3 different options to follow!
