This is a quick 18-minute upper-body focused workout incorporating Pilates and Barre principles. We start by using heavier weights and Pilates principles to develop your muscles, then the barre method of lighter weights and more reps to tone your muscle fibers.
My goal is to guide you to feel powerful, strong, and confident—focusing on quality movement with a core emphasis at the end to enhance stability and endurance. This workout is perfect for women looking to sculpt and strengthen in a sustainable way, no matter your level. Always listen to your body, modify as needed, and take breaks when necessary. Remember, consistency is key!
