Welcome to this fun and effective abs and back workout for kids!
This routine helps children develop a strong core, improve posture, boost balance, and build healthy movement habits.
We perform 8 exercises on the right side first — then repeat the whole workout on the left side:
1. V-Sit Hold – 15 sec → Core / Balance
2. Toe Touch Crunches – 10 reps → Core / Upper Abs
3. Leg Raises – 10 reps → Core / Lower Abs
4. Side Plank – 15 sec → Core / Obliques
5. Back Extensions – 10 reps → Lower Back / Core
6. Superman Hold – 15 sec → Lower Back / Glutes
7. Prone Leg Lifts – 10 reps → Glutes / Hamstrings
8. Scissor Kicks – 2×(8 up + 8 down) → Core / Abs
This routine is safe, beginner-friendly, and perfect for kids ages 6+ — parents can join too!
