Carbing up prior to a bodybuilding is very common. Now we have some research to look at that shows the practice has merit.
Muscle is highly comprised of glycogen and water, so restoring them to full capacity before getting on stage is important.
What peaking practice should you use, rapid back loading, front loading or the approach I prefer the linear progressive load.
In this video I will explain what the research showed and how we can consider that as we prepare for stage.
