我是寶哥,擁有超過 40 年粵菜烹飪經驗嘅中菜廚師,喺大角咀經營我嘅餐廳「喜聚坊」。我哋專注於古法失傳美食同經典粵菜,招牌菜包括國寶鴨、翡翠油泡獅頭魚球、煎釀太子魚肚、智囊寶中寶等美食,每一道菜都用心製作,保留傳統味道。
我師傅鄺炳均係一位傳奇人物,曾喺前港督府為兩任港督戴麟趾同麥理浩掌廚,佢嘅國寶鴨深受老布殊、克林頓、戴安娜王妃等名人喜愛。我承傳師傅嘅手藝,結合 40 年經驗,將呢啲珍貴嘅古法菜式帶到你嘅餐桌。
喜聚坊以私房菜形式經營,務求每位客人都感受到家的溫暖。無論係少鹽少鹹嘅家庭菜,定係高質手工菜,我哋都用心滿足客人嘅要求,每道菜都新鮮製作,保証品質。
廣州衛視《老廣的味道》同 TVB 等知名電視台都曾經報導過我哋嘅美食,證明我哋對品質嘅堅持。喺香港呢個飲食之都,面對高昂租金同經營挑戰,我哋仍然堅持唔欺客,用心做好每一道菜。希望大家支持香港飲食業,保留呢份獨特嘅飲食文化!
