I’m Aimee, a yoga teacher with a strength and mobility focus. My classes blend slow pacing, purposeful sequencing, and functional movement so you can build stability, move better, and feel stronger in your daily life. You’ll find full body strength flows, hip mobility routines, shoulder and upper back work, gentle practices, and short tutorials that support healthy, confident movement on and off the mat.
