My name is Marissa and I'm a 330 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. My yoga practice has helped me through so many chapters in life, allowing me to move with ease and understanding. As a teacher, I give my students the space to breathe easy and let all the stress from their lives melt away through the time they spend on their mat. Over time, the tools you learn in your yoga practice carry into the rest of your life, giving you a chance to breathe easy.
I'm so happy to be serving you through these videos, ranging from yoga asana (poses and flows) to meditations and pranayama (breath work). My goal is to give you the tools to start your own personal yoga practice.
All you need is your body, your breath, a yoga mat (towel or carpet work too) and maybe some headphones to give your full attention to the practice. Choose a video that speaks to you and let's get started!
