Welcome! I’m Melanie - Over 40 Transformation Coach and creator of Female Fitness Systems. My goal is to inspire women to become their strongest selves, find balance and believe that transformation is possible at any age.
Body transformation is not just about looking good – it’s about being strong and confident in your later years, healing your relationship with your body and finding your spark again.
I started Female Fitness Systems, a blog and series of programs for women, because I found that good quality, balanced information about training and nutrition for women was missing in the fitness industry. The older I got the more I realized that this was especially the case as we start hitting our 40s and try to cope with our changing bodies and the challenges of aging.
