Join Shirlyn on the mat, guided by Priyan, for a 45 minute Flow Class that incorporates poses taken from the "Forearm Inversions" theme from classes conducted in our studio last week.
On that week we conditioned and stretched our shoulders as we learned to connect their stability with our core.
Poses incorporated from our Basic, Essential and intermediate level classes into this sequence are: Dolphin Pose (Ardha Pincha Mayurasana), Supported Headstand (Salamba Sirsasana) and Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana).
