This is a 45 minute uplifting yoga flow to create space in your body for your energy to flow. Part 23 of the Energize Series of classes. This practice emphasises that your energy grows in presence, not in pace. Not by doing more or moving fast, but slowing down and doing less with greater presence. This practice is your quiet invitation to move with intention, uplift your energy levels and feel renewed. An accessible practice that incorporates a variety of backbends and twists that will enliven your body, create space for your energy to flow more freely.
