Ready to crush a full-body and abs workout with weights? This 20-minute session is perfect for getting a solid burn without any jumping—so it's easy on the joints but still super effective.

Here's the breakdown:

Warm-Up: 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off
Main Workout: 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off
Cool Down: 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off

Whether you're at home or at the gym, grab your weights, hit play, and let's get moving! Don't forget to listen to your body, adjust the weights if you need to, and most importantly, have fun! ♥

I'm using two 4 kg (about 9 lbs) dumbbells, but definitely find the weight that works best for you!
You can always start lighter and work your way up as you get stronger.
