I’ve taught yoga for 11+ years and hold two 200-hr certifications (CorePower Power Yoga + LYT Yoga), plus training in Restorative, Yin, arm balances, handstands, and Ashtanga. As a mom living with OCD, anxiety, and chronic health issues, I share supportive, real-life practices to help you feel calmer and more at home in your body.
