In this video, I walk you through 2 of the most effective stretches I’ve used to unlock stiffness and improve mobility—especially for men over 40. These movements come straight from my Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu background, and they’re part of my go-to routine to stay mobile, strong, and injury-free.
