Steady your flow and build real control in your balance poses.
Welcome to Day 16 of the 75 Hard YOGA Challenge; a 45-minute yoga flow designed to train your balance, stability, and core strength from the ground up.
If Warrior III leaves you wobbling, Half Moon feels shaky, or you’ve ever thought balance is just “luck,” this class will change the way you move. We’ll work through dynamic single-leg transitions, glute and hamstring activation, and core-focused drills to help you own your balance in any pose.
What You’ll Practice Today:
✅ Warrior III for posterior chain strength + balance
✅ Half Moon Pose for hip stacking + lateral stability
✅ Single-leg transitions to train core + glute activation
✅ Proprioception drills for sharper body awareness
✅ Static + dynamic balance work for real-world stability
This is more than just a “balance practice” it’s strength training for your yoga. You’ll finish feeling stronger, more stable, and more confident on (and off) the mat.
