Hi, I'm Dr. Melissa Koehl! I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy and pilates instructor who has hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. After a severe injury ended my gymnastics career, I searched for exercises that would help feel strong and stable. After much studying and practice, I have created the ChimeraFit method combining the best of elements of Pilates, Yoga, strength, and balance work.
