This 10 minute hourglass body workout helps you to burn fat & sculpt your body. We are focusing on a lot of booty exercises that work to lift the booty and build the side booty to get the hourglass shape. We will work on those side abs/obliques and upper body exercises like back and shoulders for a snatched waist. Combine this workout with my other hourglass body workouts for better results.
